New Year, New Blog, New Grandbaby

Since I am having the hardest time trying to figure out Facebook, I am going to try my hand at blogging. Just ask my daughters, I think that they are relieved that I have moved on to greener pastures :

My first post will be an announcement that I am now a GRANDMOM!!! Yes, my oldest son (Joshua) and his wife (Jillian) gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 1/8/2011. Her name is Avery Elizabeth and she came into this world at 7.1 lbs and 19 inches. We are all very happy and can't get enough of her already.

Hopefully she will like the camera and will pose for her Grandma Lana so I can take some photos of her in Bloomin' Bloomers clothing. Stay tuned...
